A few weeks ago we put up an 11 meter dipole to monitor channel 9. I am still waiting on an antenna part for my hf antenna. Still never been on hf. So I am sitting at the desk looking at the cb, the 857 used only on 2 meters, and that tuner still in a box. Hmmmmm….. Turns out that cheapo 11 meter dipole tunes from 6 to 17 meters. Made my first dx contact this evening on 17 meters in Indiana, and Oregon on 10 meters! YAHOO!
