I ordered a Signalink USB for my IC-703 yesterday. It will ship in about 3 weeks, but I am patient. I’ve been meaning to order one so I can get back on the HF digital modes again- it’s been awhile.

Back when I had my first HF rig (FT-817) I had a homebrew interface and regularly used PSK-31, MFSK, and MT63. Later with the TS-50, I also dabbled in these modes, as well as RTTY. But in the last few years I have not done any HF digital work. I’m anxious to try out some of the other new modes, such as Olivia and WSPR. In general, the digital modes are very fun especially at the low power that I generally run (< 10W).

So hopefully in a few weeks I’ll post an update on my digital modes activity. Until then-
