As I mentioned a few days ago, I created an unofficial Ten-Ten group on Facebook. Ten-Ten International Net is an organization that promotes the use of 10 meters. While I was on the site today, I noticed that it recommends “similar” or “related” groups, most of which are not related to amateur radio at all! But it has identified a few different “ham” pages, one of which has over 1,700 members. It seems all the radio sites have names that resemble each other. Ten-Ten is a more specific organization in that it focuses on only one band and we are up to 9 members…maybe not bad for a few days’ existence.
